This site is just a way of chronicling one woman’s journey to being both healthier and more fit. I am not a health or fitness professional, so please do not implement any of my advice without talking to a pro. I’m just sharing the things that I am doing and what is (and is not) working for me.

Once I turned 35 (in 2013), I decided that it was “now or never” in terms of getting in charge of my health and fitness levels. The only thing that has been holding me back is me, so it is time to make some changes. Hopefully those changes will stick and the end result will be an even better me.

What you will not find here is info on fad diets and ways to lose weight quick. Instead, what you will find is info on lifestyle changes for the good.
